How can I output a control character at the beginning or end of ISO output file?

Open the Tape Format dialog box, under the Controller menu. In the textbox for Start of file character, enter the numerical ascii representation of the control character, preceded by the ^ character.
For example, ascii control character 6 is entered as ^6.
