How can I output center of tool coordinates for post that uses a ball nose tool?

Get the tool ball radius value from the cutter statement, and set the variable SYSTEM.TOOL_LENGTH to this value. This will adjust the output to the center of tool coordinates, instead of tool tip coordinates.
