Dialog box changes don't affect output in my project but do in default project.

The dialog box fields are attached to variables that are used in the IMS post macros for a project.
If changes were made to the macros in your project, it is possible that some of the variables that were attached to the dialog box fields may have been disabled.
In this case, changing the dialog box fields will have no impact on the ISO output.
